Frequently Asked Questions

A pediatric Dentist is like a pediatrician but for dentistry. Becoming a pediatric dental specialist requires 2-3 years additional to dental school. Children, adolescents and individuals with special healthcare needs require treatment unique to their dental and cognitive needs.

All payments are expected the day of service. If you’ve made your insurance information available to us the day of or prior to the day of your appointment we can estimate the portion for which you are responsible. We do this as a convenience to you so you can plan accordingly. We will work with your insurance company but it is important to understand we are not the insurance company. In this way, we can only assist you in your estimation, and will give you an estimate as accurate as our resources permit.

Dealing with insurance companies can be stressful and confusing. As a courtesy to our patients we are more than happy to file your claim. To speed up the process we do this electronically. Its worthy to clarify that our relationship is with you, not your insurance company. But we will assist you as much as possible.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash, personal checks and have the ability to utilize care credit.

At Clubhouse Pediatric Dentistry we want both parents and children to be comfortable and relaxed. We know that waiting in a Dr’s office can be a stressful. Our waiting rooms has plenty of seating to provide a relaxing environment for parents a play area for the kids so they can have fun prior to their appointment.

This is a children’s dental office not a library. As such, it is a safe haven for all kids. If they need to wiggle or cry that is okay. During your first visit Dr Jackson will spend time getting to know your family. You will get “Dr. Time” for every child, every tooth, every time. Doctors encourages parents to take part in the “game plan” should the child need treatment.

If your child has any special needs or considerations or if you have any questions prior to your first visit please contact us so we can prepare for your appointment or address your questions.

At Clubhouse Pediatric Dentistry we value your time and strive to see your child at the scheduled appointed time. We have an inviting waiting room with a play area for children so they can have a fun distraction prior to their appointment and so you can take a breather.

Should a conflict or an emergency arise that requires you to reschedule your appointment please contact us within 24 hours of your child’s appointment. Doing so allows us to offer the appointed time to another child who is waiting to receive care.

Each appointment will be scheduled to allow “Dr Time” where your doctor can address the needs of your child and answer questions.
